Formed in 2003 JFY Construction is jointly owned and managed by Justin Yates and Silas Shapcott.

Justin's indepth knowledge and expertise were forged in a career, spanning 25 years, of groundwork and civil engineering management.  He drives the  company's on site operations with a real dedication and an eye for detail.

All commercial and administration operations are overseen by Silas, who in turn boasts a 30 year background as a quantity surveyor.

The most important part of the team of course are the men on the ground and the site teams are brimming with hardworking, dedicated, diligent and highly skilled tradesmen and machine operators.

The business continues to thrive under this perfect balance and the company is very proud of its ever growing repeat customer base and portfolio of successfully completed projects.
